Purpose. The purpose of this Ordinance is <br />s and procedures for the abatement of. weeds <br />provide standard <br />and refuse by the County of San Bernardino within the corporate <br />limits of the City of Colton. <br />SECTION 2. Adoption of County refuse amendment code, <br />Chapter 3, of Division 3 of Title 2 of the San Bernardino County <br />Code, providing regulations and procedures for wen(: and refuse <br />abatement as amended by the County as of February 28, 1979, and <br />of which three copies are on file in the office of the City <br />--lerk, I's hereby adopted by reference, subje-t to the additions, <br />deletions, and amendments set- forth below. <br />SECTION 3.
