FEES AND CONDITIONS FOR CONSULTING SERVICES <br />Based on our understanding of the work to be accomplished and the level of <br />effort required, we propose that the City budget $41,000 for this telemetry <br />system design and upgrade. <br />The engineering fee for services described in the Scope of Work for this proposal <br />will be based on a lump sum contract in accordance with the Schedule of Fees <br />and Conditions, CA2-LS (12-87), a copy of which is attached. This fee will <br />not be exceeded without prior approval by the City of Colton. <br />We appreciate the opportunity to submit this proposal.
