CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For Council Meeting of APRIL 17, 1990 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: JERRY YOUNG, CITY MANAGER <br />SUBJECT: APPOINTING A REPRESENTATIVE IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT Date: APRIL 5, 1990 <br />Previously the Council authorized an employee by name to appear in Small Claims Court <br />on behalf of the City. The employee is no longer with the City and accordingly it is <br />appropriate to appoint a new representative. <br />RECCMMENDATION: <br />I recommend that Council appoint all Administrative Analysts of the City to represent <br />the City in Small Claims Court.
