R - 1.0 - 9 0 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON APPOINTING A <br />REPRESENTATIVE IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT. <br />I <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a Municipal Corporation in San <br />Bernardino County, California, and is desirable of appointing an agent <br />to act for it in the Small Claims Court of the San Bernardino County <br />Municipal Court District. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON appoints <br />all Administrative Analysts of the City to represent and appear for the <br />City of Colton to process all Claims filed in said Court, and to accept <br />service of process issued by said Court on behalf of the City of Colton. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April, 1990. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
