The reporting <br />structur� and duties ot support stitf are show� on Attaehment <br />�A�• . <br />Outie� of the 08 Liaison Oftieer <br />The 08 �1.iaison Offic�r shall develop, manage and implement the <br />DB Program on a day-Lo-day ba�i�. ?he Liaison Offie�r shall: <br />t. Develop and aarry�out teehnf�al assistane� programs <br />for D8'�. <br />2. Arrange soli�itaLions� time for th� presentation of bids, <br />quantities, speaitf�atiohs, and delivery sahedule�� so <br />as to facilitate the partielpation ot 08's. I�ihere sueh <br />change� are found ne�essary to increase D8 Utilization� <br />they will be made in oonaultation and cooperation with <br />the functional unit involved. <br />3. Provide a�sistanee to D8's in overcoming barriera, �ueh <br />as inability to obtain bonding i� financing. <br />4. Carry out information and communication programs or con- <br />traeting opportunitie� in a timely �anner. Programs shall <br />.be bilingual where appropriate. <br />5.
