Intorm the publi� that the gosls and a deseriptio� of how they were set, are available Por pub�lia insptetioo for s period of 30 day�. 3. Inform the public that both U.S. DO? and the City of Colton will aecept comments on the goals for u5 days from the date of the noti�e. 4. The�notice shall advise interested parties that comments are for informational purposea only. In addition to the foregoing, interested disadvantaged and majority contractor organizations will receive direet mailings of this complete program with a reque�t that they provide written comments to the City of Colton on this program. � VII. Contract Proeedure This plan shall be implemented through the utilization of a eontract special provi�ions which is attached hereto. ?hese proeedures require bidders to aubmit the names of OB sub- eontraetors and �uppliera, a description of the work eaeh is to perform o� material to be fur�ished, a�d the dollar value of ea�h D8 �ubconEraet. VIII. D8 Notification Projects will be advertised in local ne++spapers and�minority foeus neWspaper� when pos�ible. These ads will include reference to DB requirements and will indicate D8 goals set by the City of Colton. D8 assi�tance centers will receive notiPtcation of projects scheduled to be advertised. Assis- tance Centers, Disadvantaged Businesa Development Centers and Program Management Centers will receive complimentary plans and speeifications for projects rrithin their geograph- iaal area of responsibility.
