Three of these subbidders <br />were listed in the certified data by error. <br />Although the combined construction and engineering costs exceed the <br />combined City budget for the projects, $435,000, the construction is <br />mandatory to accommodate increasing flows to the Wastewater Treatment <br />F�anr and prevent sewage overflows. The excess cost can be met by <br />transrerring bucigeted tunds from the Congress Avenue project which has a <br />lower priority and can be delayed. Therefore, we recommend that the City <br />proceed to award Schedule I to M. Grbavac Construction Co. and Schedule <br />II to Albert W.
