General Provisions - Cont. <br />IX. HOLD HARMLESS CLAUSE: Permitee agrees to indemnify the City, its <br />officers, agents, and/or employees against and hold them free and <br />harmless of and from all claims and/or liabilities of any kind <br />arising out of, in connection with or resulting form negligence on <br />the part of permittee its officers, agents, contractors, and/or <br />employees in connection with work undertaken under this permit, <br />and defend the City and its officers, commissions, agents and/or <br />employees from any suits or actions at law or in equity for damages, <br />and pay all courts costs and counsel fees. <br />X. RELOCATION CLAUSE: Permittee also agrees to remove and/or relocate <br />any and/or all of the improvement authorized under this permit <br />upon written demand of the City of Colton in the event of future <br />roadway improvements. The removal and/or relocation of said <br />improvements shall be accomplished at not expense to the City. <br />XI. VEHICULAR VIEW OBSTRUCTION: Permittee agrees that no signs shall <br />be placed in locations so as not to allow for safe visual viewing <br />of all motor vehicles in all opposing parallel or perpendicular <br />directions of travel. <br />
