PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, June 5, 1990 the City Council did at <br />its meeting on said day adopt Resolution #R-56-90, a Resolution Declaring the Intention <br />of the City Council to order the abandonment of all that portion of Centerpointe Dr. <br />east of Mt. Vernon Ave. as recorded in Book 72 of Maps, Pages 32-34 as recorded <br />official records of San Bernardino County. <br />For further particulars to the proposed abandonment, reference is hereby made to the <br />map on file.in the Office of the City Clerk of Colton. The hour of 7:30 p.m. on the <br />3rd day of July, 1990 in the Council Chambers in the Civic Center located at 650 N. <br />La Cadena Drive is the time and place where all persons interested in or objecting <br />to the proposed vacation may appear before the City Council and offer evidence in <br />relation thereto. <br />G � � <br />JOHN C.
