STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />John C. Hutton <br />SS. <br />AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING <br />NOTICE OF STREET VACATION <br />, being first duly sworn, deposes and says: <br />I am now and at all times hereinafter mentioned was the duly chosen, <br />qualified and acting Superintendent of Streets of said city: <br />That pursuant to the Resolution of Intention, Resolution No. R-56-90 <br />of the City Council of said City, I personally posted or caused to be posted <br />under my direct supervision, notices of the passage of said resolution of <br />intention; that said notices were headed "NOTICE OF STREET VACATION" in letters <br />of not less than one inch (1") in height; that a copy of said notice as so <br />posted is ATTACHED HERETO and made a part hereof; <br />That said notices were conspicuously posted at not more than 300 feet <br />in distance apart, but not less than three (3) in all, along the line of the <br />contemplated vacation; that said notices were posted by securely fastening the <br />same to posts, poles, standards, fences or walls so that they could attract the <br />attention of and be easily readable by passersby; and <br />That said posting was commenced after the adoption of said resolution, <br />and was fully completed on or before the 18th day of June, 1990 <br />said date being at least ten (10) days before the date fixed in said resolution <br />for hearing any protests or objections. <br />Superintendent of Streets of said City <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
