The RE zone allows half acre <br />parcel development while the R-1 designation allows development on 7,200- 0 <br />square foot parcels. The applicant's proposed density would not exceed ap- <br />proximately 85 7,200 -square foot lots. The applicant anticipates homes to be <br />in the range of 1,500 to 2,000 square feet in size with sale prices ranging from <br />$140,000 to $200,000.
