R - RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR LEVY OF ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990-91 FOR CITY COLTON LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton, California ("this City Council") on May 16, 1990 adopted its Resolution No. R-47-90 initiating proceesings for the levy of annual assessments for Fiscal Year 1990-91 for the City of Colton Landscape Maintenance District No. 1 and has ordered the Engineers of Work to prepare and file a report in accordance with Sections 22622 and 22565, et. seq. of the California Streets and High- ways Code (the "Code"), and WHEREAS, the Engineers of Work have filed with the City Clerk their report (the "Engineer's Report") containing the matters specified in Section 22567 et. seg., of the Code; and WHEREAS, the Engineer's Report has been duly presented by the City Clerk to the City Council for consideration and has been fully considered by the City Council and this City Council finds that each and every part of the Engineer's Report is sufficient, and that no portion of the report requires or should be modified in any report. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton as follows: I SECTION 1. That the Engineer's estimate of the itemized costs and expenses of said work and of the incidental expenses in connection therewith, contained in said report be, and each of them are hereby, preliminarily approved and confirmed. SECTION 2. That the diagram showing the District referred to and described in said report, the boundaries of the subdivision of land within said District as the same existed the time of passage of said Resolution, is hereby preliminarily approved and confirmed. SECTION 3. That the proposed assessments upon tile subdivisions of land in said District is in proportion to the estimated benefit to be received by said subdivisions, respec- tively, from said work and of the incidental expenses thereof, as contained in said report is hereby preliminary approved and confirmed.
