RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve the Resolution and Joint <br />Venture Agreement between the City of Colton and Los Padrinos of Sout�ern <br />California, Inc. to apply for funds to construct and equip a regionalyoutl <br />service center.
