CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For Council Meeting of March 20, 1990 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Stephen Edwards, Acting City Manager " N <br />SUBJECT: Best, Best & Krieger Request for Consent to <br />Rept City of Redlands <br />Date: March 15, 1990 <br />Attached is letter from Best, Best & Krieger requesting consent for <br />Best, Best & Krieger to provide services to City of Redlands. <br />This request is made because of possible conflict between the two <br />cities as to Inland Valley Development Agency. <br />As stated in the letter lawyers must inform clients in situations <br />where conflicts are possible. If after being so informed the clients <br />consent to them representing both clients, authority is granted. <br />Also attached is AB 429 referred to in the letter. It is the new <br />state law as to Norton A.F.B. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />In my opinion there is no real problem.
