12. ACTIVITIES <br />e Colton Police Department will continue the training program of both management and staff <br />rough the POST Patrol Operations Courses, DOJ Gang and Narcotics Courses, GTA Courses and <br />vanced Crime Analysis Courses. Requests for civilian CSO positions will be sought through <br />e budget process. The deployment of the Multiple Enforcement Team will continue its pro- <br />tive enforcement and prevention operations. Quality task force meetings, in conjunction <br />th department staff meetings, will be strictly observed. Clearly defined solvability <br />ctors will be relied upon in initial investigations and follow-up by detectives. Criminal <br />story checks will be made on all arrests and suspects to develop career criminals. <br />113. EVALUATION <br />CCAP project will be evaluated at the end of the fiscal year 89/90 by the Project <br />ctor, Chief Connolly, and Project Manager, Lieutenant Crowe. Their findings will be <br />'ided to the City Manager for final evaluation. <br />J14.
