Ramos, City Clerk <br />SUBJECT: Appointment of Small Claims Court Representatives Date:May 11, 1990 <br />Background: <br />At its meeting of April 17, 1990, the City Council adopted Resolution No. R-30-90, <br />designating all Administrative Analysts, in general, as representatives of the <br />City to appear and process all claims filed in Small Claims Court. <br />nicruccinn- <br />The City has been informed by the County of San Bernardino that the City must <br />specifically name its representatives within the city resolution. The attached <br />resolution has been prepared appointing and naming three city employees as <br />follows: Joanne Knowles, Administrative Analyst, Margie I.
