RESOLUTION NO. R-6-90 <br />1 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />2 COLTON APPOINTING SMALL CLAIMS COURT REPRESENTATIVES. <br />3 WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a Municipal Corporation in San <br />4 Bernardino County, California, and needs to appoint agents to act for it in <br />5 the Small Claims Court of the San Bernardino County Municipal Court District. <br />6 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />7 Colton appoints Joanne Knowles, Margie I. Ramirez, and William Miller, or <br />8 any one of them, to represent and appear for the City of Colton to process all <br />9 claims filed in said court and to accept service of process issued by said <br />10 court on behalf of the City of Colton. <br />11 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. R-30-90 is hereby repealed. <br />12 PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 1990. <br />13 <br />14 <br />FRANK A.
