CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT (CONTINUED) <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF October 2, 1990 <br />SUBJECT: AUTHORIZATION TO SOLICIT FORMAL BIDS FOR A STATE FUNDED <br />COMPUTER CIRCULATION SYSTEM FOR THE COLTON PUBLIC LIBRARY <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />None. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that Council authorize the City to solicit formal <br />bids for a State funded computer circulation system for the Colton <br />Public Library and waive the requirement that bids be accompanied <br />by bid security. <br />The Colton Public Library Board of Trustees has reviewed this <br />matter and concurs with this recommendation. <br />City Manager Concurrence tz- 4, <br />Page_ 2 of 2 Item No. — <br />
