Lavin, Water Utilities Manager <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Selection of Consulting Firm for Date: September 26, 1990 <br />Geothermal Firm <br />PAr V r-Pr)T TNTn . <br />The City received a grant from the State of California Energy Commission to develop <br />a geothermal well. <br />The City conducted interviews of four consulting firms to complete the geothermal <br />resource assessment and the engineering feasibility work. <br />STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM: <br />The Energy Commission has reviewed the scores of the consulting firms and has <br />recommended the firm of Mesquite Group for the project (letter attached).
