Gonzales A <br />SUBJECT: Date: <br />City of Grand Terrace Request to Tour Various <br />Parts of Colton on Sunday, October 7, 1990 <br />The City of Grand Terrace is requesting our permission to <br />allow them to tour our City. This tour is not a race, and <br />will take place on Sunday, October 7, 1990, in various <br />parts of Colton and nearby cities, and it is the same route <br />used in previous years. <br />The letter and map has been reviewed by our Colton Police <br />Chief and Public Works Director, and no problems are fore- <br />seen as long as the event is monitored and clean up work <br />is done after the event. <br />Statement of the Problem: <br />N/A <br />Alternatives: <br />N/A <br />Environmental Impact: <br />None - Grand Terrace providing a clean up crew. <br />Recommendation: <br />In view of the fact that no problems have been encountered <br />in previous years, it is recommended permission be granted <br />to the City of Grand Terrace to conduct their annual tour <br />through portions of our City. <br />t7FiZC!7 s.. <br />Attachments:'CENTRAL RECORDS <br />Karen Gerber's Ltr. & Map.
