R-113-90 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING FEES FOR <br />VARIOUS SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE COLTON POLICE <br />DEPARTMENT AND REPEALING RESOLUTIONS 4310 AND 4648 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL.OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, that the following fees are hereby established: <br />SECTION 1. Fees provided by by Ordinance No. 1326 <br />as amended by Ordinance No. 1535, shall be as follows: <br />Male dog license $16.00 <br />Neutered or Spayed dog license 8.00 <br />Penalty for Late Renewal (By July lst) 11.00 <br />Duplicate dog license 1.00 <br />Apprehension fee - First 22.00 <br />Second 32.00 <br />Third 75.00 <br />Dog pick up <br />21.00 <br />Dead dog pick up <br />12.00 <br />Dead cat pick up <br />10.00 <br />SECTION 2. Fees provided for <br />by the Health & Safety <br />Code, <br />Section 12007, shall be as follows: <br />Explosives Permit - (100 <br />or less) <br />2.00 <br />- (100 <br />or more) <br />10.00 <br />SECTION 3. Fees provided for <br />by the Education <br />Code, Section <br />13588, shall be as follows: <br />Non -Certified applicant, <br />3.00 <br />(Plus full Bureau of <br />Investigation Costs) <br />SECTION 4.
