SOTELO, CITY MANAGER <br />SUBJECT:Date: 9-13-90 <br />ADOPTION OF A NEW JOB DESCRIPTION FOR THE <br />POSITION OF BUSINESS LICENSE AND COLLECTION OFFICER <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The new position of Business License and Collection Officer was <br />approved in the 1990-91 City Budget for the Administrative Services <br />Department. <br />STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM: <br />The current job description for the above position does not include <br />monitoring the franchise haulers in the City.
