91-1117386 <br />the installation and construction of said off-site improvements, in <br />the future, the exact date of which is uncertain, but it is contem- <br />plated may coincide with further or other development on said real <br />property or contiguous thereto or nearby; <br />NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto stipulate and agree as follows, <br />to wit; <br />1. POPE agrees that he will cause to be <br />installed off-site improvements on the real property abutting <br />890 PENNSYLVANIA AVE. , said real property is located in the <br />City of Cotlon, County of San Bernardino, State of California, and <br />described as follows, to wit: <br />BURNS SUBDIVISION, LOT 6 <br />APN 161-231-25 <br />2.
