PACIFIC COAST PROPERTIES, INC. <br />ACQUISITION e DEVELOPMENT <br />Council Members <br />City of Colton <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />February 22th, 1991 <br />As of December 30th, 1990, We have completed all re engineering <br />of all sewer, water, street and map plans for the tract, secured <br />City engineer's approvals of the same and the only outstanding act <br />to record said tract map is the completion of the Subdivision <br />Agreement which required redrafting and finalization of said <br />agreement between the City and us. The work on the Subdivision <br />Agreement is progressing. As a compromising act on February 12th, <br />1991, we ask the Planning Commission for a twelve month extension <br />of the tract due to the above outstanding item. Our request was <br />turned down. <br />Pacific Coast Properties Inc has expanded considerable amount of <br />time, money and efforts to satisfy the concerns of the City of <br />Colton to date and is eager to maintain a harmonious relationship <br />with the City and its leaders. <br />We pray and hope that the City Council will at the least grant us a <br />reasonable extension of time to the Map of about nine months to <br />allow us complete the Subdivision Agreement, reorganize and record <br />the Tract Map. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />4�� <br />Pacific coast Properties Inc. <br />By G.
