1. TRANSPORTATION OF SANITARY SEWAGE: <br />LOMA LINDA will transport its sewage to COLTON and COLTON shall provide <br />the same availability of service to LOMA LINDA under this Agreement as <br />COLTON provides to its residential users within the CITY OF COLTON. <br />2. CONNECTION COSTS: <br />All revised or additional connections shall be made by LOMA LINDA with approval <br />of COLTON. <br />TERM OF AGREEMENT: <br />This Agreement shall continue in force for a period of time beginning on the date <br />of final acceptance of this Agreement, and terminating at such time as LOMA <br />LINDA has develops its sanitary sewer collection system to serve Tract 15111, <br />subject to the provision herein for cancellation or modification. <br />4. TREATMENT OF LOMA LINDA SANITARY SEWAGE: <br />4.1 The rate(s) of flow for sanitary sewage transported to COLTON shall be <br />at a uniform rate so far as maybe practical It is intended that sanitary <br />sewage transported by LOMA LINDA into the COLTON sanitary sewer <br />collection system pursuant to this Agreement serve Tract 15111. <br />4.2 LOMA LINDA is hereby granted the right to deliver sanitary sewage from <br />LOMA LINDA Tract 15111 commonly know as the Scotch Knolls subdivision <br />and comprising a maximum of seventy-three (73) single family residences <br />through the sanitary sewer collection system to the COLTON treatment <br />plant. <br />4.3 The parties understand that, subject to the restrictions herein, COLTON <br />retains ownership of the treatment plant and the right to use all remaining <br />
