COOPERATIVE SANITARY SEWER AGREEh ENT <br />THE CITY OF COLTON <br />THE CITY OF LOMA LINDA <br />THIS AGREENMff by and between the CITY OF COLTON, hereinafter sometimes <br />called-COLTON', and the CTI Y OF LOMA LINDA, hereinafter sometimes called -LOMA <br />LINDA", is dated this day of . 1991. <br />RECITALS: <br />1. The CITY OF COLTON has an existing sanitary sewer collection system contiguous <br />to Tract 15111 Down as Scotch Knoll. <br />2. The Tract is on the south side of Scotch lane within Reche Canyon and lies beyond <br />the reach of the CITY OF LOMA LINDA's sanitary sewer collection system <br />3. The CITY OF LOMA LINDA cannot serve Tract 15111 until LOMA LINDA's <br />sanitary sewer collection system is extended by future developments. <br />4. The CITY OF COLTON is willing to accept sanitary sewage from Tract 15111 for <br />the purpose of transportation, treatment, and disposal until such time as future <br />development extends LOMA LINDA's sanitary sewer collection systems to enable <br />Tract 15111 to be served by the CITY OF LOMA LINDA. <br />5. tHE city of Loma linda IS WELLING TO PAY FOR THE TRANSPORTATION, <br />TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL OF ITS SANITARY SEWAGE FROM tRACT <br />15111 TO colton. <br />NOW, THEREFOR, the parties agree that COLTON will accept sanitary sewage and <br />LOMA LINDA will pay for the transportation, treatment and disposal of its sanitary sewage on <br />the following terms and conditions: <br />
