1
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
11/19/90 - 3:30 P.M. - Talk with James Medina, Powerline Technician
Apprentice:
Talked to James Medina concerning the report from Rubio that Maylon had
thrown Medina over a piece of equipment. Medina said he doesn't
remember that incident but he says he has witnessed a few of the temper
tantrums Maylon has thrown; threw down hardhat when he himself made a
mistake and crosswired street light wires. Said he stayed away from
Maylon as much as possible so he wouldn't get in trouble. He noted
that on one occassion Maylon went to Yards at 10th & 'H' Street when
going to the Water Department instead of to the new Corporate Yard in
which the Water Department had been located for some time (bad
memory?).
Medina said Rubio told him on the way to the hospital that Maylon had
grabbed his finger and twisted it with no provocation.
I concur that this is a fair account of the conversation I had with
Gale Drews, Electric utility Director.
