I <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />11/19/90 - 3:45 P.M. <br />- Talk with Anthony Siegfried, Powerline <br />Technician Apprentice: <br />Anthony said Maylon grabbed him by the collar and backed him up against <br />a truck when Quesada had told Siegfried to do something on the job and <br />Maylon told him a "lineman" should do it rather than Siegfried. <br />Siegfried says he -stays away from Maylon because he has mood changes <br />quite a lot; doesn't keep his mind on the job; and tries to be <br />technical on work when he really doesn't know the actual answer to <br />questions. <br />I concur that this is a fair account of the conversation I had with <br />Gale Drews, Electric Utility Director. <br />f <br />
