MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS <br />OF SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />February 25, 1991 <br />On Motion of Supervisor Hammock and duly seconded by Supervisor <br />R i n r A a n and carried, the following Resolution of the Board of Supervisors for San <br />Bernardino County Flood Control District, State of California, is hereby adopted on behalf <br />of the body corporate and politic shown as the owner: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-56 <br />WHEREAS, Flood Control District Zone 2 property, Reche Canyon, Parcel 74, <br />located on the west side of Reche Canyon Road, south of Barton Road, in Colton (SPF - <br />0429U - 0.21 ± acre - a portion of APN 164-231-24), was acquired for public purposes and <br />is no longer needed by the Flood Control District. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of San <br />Bernardino County Flood Control District, State of California, that said parcel is <br />determined to be no longer necessary to be retained by the District, and that the Real <br />Estate Services Department is directed to proceed with the sale of the parcel to the city <br />of Colton at the appraised value of $500. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San <br />Bernardino, State of California, by the following vote: <br />AYES: SUPERVISORS: Turoci, Mikels, Riordan, Hammock, Walker <br />NOES: SUPERVISORS: None <br />ABSENT: SUPERVISORS: None <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ss <br />COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO <br />I, EARLENE SPROAT, Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of the County of San <br />Bernardino, State of California, hereby certify the foregoing to be a full, <br />true and correct copy of the record of the action taken by the said Board of <br />Supervisors, by vote of the members present, as the same appears in the Official <br />Minutes of said Board at its meeting of February 25, 1991. <br />EARLENE SPROAT <br />Clerk of the Board <br />
