If <br />the client or ISW wants to end the contract after this activity, <br />then it only owes ISW for the video inspection. <br />The cost of the Insituform activity includes a pre and post <br />video of the line, traffic control, bypass of flow and all <br />materials and labor (except as rioted in the following special <br />provisions) for the Insituform installation. <br />The following are special provisions that apply to this <br />project and estimates <br />1. The city of Colton (City) shall perform, or arrange for, <br />all point repairs needed for the Insituform process. <br />2. ISW will be installing a structural pipe into the, 8" & <br />loll pipes which will handle all loads the existing pipe <br />is handling. <br />3. All Insituform work for the project will conform to the <br />attached specifications titled 116tal3dard specifications <br />for the Insituform process" dated 2--90. <br />4. Final inspection and approval will be accomplished by a <br />post video of the line provided by ISW. <br />
