Our proposal is based on using Laborers' Local Union 1234 <br />labor rates for this project, which has been accepted by <br />the State of California as the prevailing wage for the <br />Insituform activity. <br />6. Upon completion of the field work, SSW will issue a 100% <br />invoice to The City for its work, which will be payable <br />in thirty (30) from the date of installation. <br />?. This proposal is good through May, 1991. <br />The City may show acceptance of the proposal and special <br />provisions by signing the designated space below and making this <br />part of a purchase order.
