NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of <br />Colton will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers of City Hall, <br />650 North La Cadena Drive, at 7:30 p. m., Tuesday, December 3, 1991, on <br />the following: <br />heard. <br />Approval of the Annexation of Peppertree Lane to <br />the City of Colton, approximately 0.23 acres, <br />located approximately one mile south of Washington <br />Street in the Reche Canyon area. The distinctive <br />short form designation is LAFCO NO. 2681. <br />This proposal was initiated by Resolution of the <br />City Council of the City of Colton. <br />The area is within the sphere of influence assigned <br />the City of Colton, and the annexation area consists <br />wholly of a road easement. <br />Any owner or owners of land within the area to be <br />annexed, or registered voter residing within the <br />territory, may file a written protest against the <br />proposal with the City Clerk, located at the address <br />given above, at any time prior to the conclusion <br />of the public hearing on the proposal. <br />Any interested person may appear in person or by agent and be <br />Petitions signed by interested persons may be filed with the <br />City Clerk, City Hall, prior to the hearing. <br />'14t," a Ad-"-"� <br />HELEN A.
