Replace plug pull on sink at women's bathroom. <br />2. Replace receptacle plate on wall at elevator machine room. <br />3. Women's bathroom floor drain is plugged. <br />4. Security system to be programmed to allow 120 seconds to exit building. <br />S. Security system to be programmed to allow zones to define "perimeter" and "interior". <br />6. Fire alarm system demonstrated. Fire Dept. asked for two additional alarm bells and an existing <br />one to be surface mounted to increase loudness. <br />7. All doors at new flooring areas need "planing" to clear surface of new flooring. <br />8. Reinstall door to workroom behind reception desk. <br />9. Need base coping (topset) for tile in bathrooms. <br />10. Bathroom accessories and trim missing. <br />11. Handicapped hardware needed at bathroom doors and "panic" hardware needed at fire door <br />downstairs. <br />12. Safety barrier at electrical equipment. <br />
