Bathrooms to have signage; bath accessories; 5" coping topset <br />at tile floors; finish trim at door openings; handicap <br />hardware on door. <br />Worked performed by: City Maintenance crews. <br />3. Electrical panel shall be protected by rail or boundary not <br />less than 30" from front of the service. Must be marked <br />"Caution". "Qualified Personnel Only". <br />Worked performed by: City Electrical crews. <br />4. Connect electric water heater to service. <br />Worked performed by: City Electrical crews. <br />5. Water heater closet to have finish trim installed and complete <br />drywall installation. <br />Worked performed by: City Maintenance crews. <br />6. Remove or cover all abandoned electrical lines and/or <br />equipment. <br />Worked performed by: City Electrical crews. <br />7. Signage at all "exit" doors, including "This door to remain <br />unlocked during business hours", and panic hardware at <br />designated exits. <br />Worked performed by: City Maintenance crews. <br />8. Refurbish or replace downstairs main entrance door and <br />downstairs service door as required. <br />Worked performed by: City Maintenance crews. <br />
