CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT (CONTINUED) <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF October 22, 1991 <br />SUBJECT: Resolution Authorizing Reprogramming Of CDBG <br />Contingency Reserve Funds To Colton Museum Project <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />There is approximately $58,000 in the CDBG contingency/ reserve fund. The <br />purpose of this fund is to offset unexpected expenses in approved CDBG <br />projects. The Museum renovation and preservation is an approved CDBG <br />project. Reprogramming $20,000 for the completion of the Museum will <br />leave approximately $38,000 remaining in the fund. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />None. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Staff recommends adoption of a resolution approving the reprogramming of <br />$20,000 from the CDBG contingency/reserve fund to the Museum Project, by <br />title as follows: <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT BLOCK FUNDS FROM THE COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT CONTINGENCY FUND TO THE <br />COLTON MUSEUM PROJECT <br />Attachments: List of "Remaining Work at Colton Museum" <br />Resolution <br />2 2 <br />Page of Item No. <br />
