Hutton, Public Works Director <br />Supplemental Report for Sanitation Rate ftpt• 17, 1991 <br />SUBJECT: proposal with Utility Commission <br />Recommendation of Sept. 16, 1991 <br />Due to the Utility Commission's regularly scheduled meeting being <br />on the Labor Day holiday, and at the City Council's request to <br />have the Utility Commission to re -review staff's recommendation, <br />which included new information and findings, please find the <br />following action taken by the Utility Commission on September 16, <br />1991, as their recommendation on this item. <br />It was the unanimous recommendation by the Utility Commission to <br />recommend Council approval of the proposed sanitation rate <br />adjustment as shown on Exhibits "A" and "B" of Ordinance 0-18-91. <br />JCH/cm <br />Attachments: <br />Page i of_—_ <br />1 <br />Item No <br />
