CITY OF COLTON WORKFORCE UTILIZATION ANALYSIS <br />The following table shows employment statistics for all full time <br />positions in the City of Colton filled as of June 30, 1992. The <br />category "Management" includes those City employees in the <br />Management/ Confidential unit and Executive group. "Non -management" <br />includes all other full-time employees. <br />The City Council has shown <br />particular <br />interest in increasing the <br />representation of protected <br />class members <br />in the Fire <br />and <br />Police <br />Departments.
