A� a r�sult, the applicant in the agricultural zone processed a simple site dosign, <br />and the eurrent applicant has pro�cessed a canditional use permit orily far canstruc�ion of <br />certain temporary administrative buildings to be used in conjunctian with the compofiting <br />facility. Same questiQn has now arisen as to whether a conditional use perrnit is r�quired <br />under the current Cit� Code for a vorrrposting use on oiti�er A or M-1 land. <br />QUESTIONS PRESENTED <br />1.
