The $10,000 deposit may be utilized by the City of <br />Colton to repair any damage to City property, including <br />the roadway upon which the hauling will be done. <br />7. Daniel Hdernandez Trucking Company is required to <br />submit weekly load tickets to the Community Development <br />Department. <br />8. Daniel Hernandez Trucking Company will be required to <br />install a drain pipe under the access point from the <br />project site to allow for proper drainage during street <br />clean up. Permit will not be in effect until the drain <br />pipe has been installed. <br />9. No night, weekend or holiday hauling will be allowed. <br />10. Operating hours will be after 8:00 a.m. and ending before <br />4:00 p.m. with street cleanup completed by 4:00 p.m. <br />11.
