rn'4wnr <br />January 24, 1992 <br />ANNUAL ENCROACHMENT PERMIT <br />FOR <br />HERNANDEZ TRUCKING CCvPANY <br />Department: PUBLIC WORKS <br />Phone No.: 714/370-5066 <br />Permission is hereby granted to Hernandez Trucking Company to encroach <br />within the public right-of-way for the purpose of transporting earthern <br />material across and along Washington Street 3/10 of one mile east of <br />Reche Canyon Road to Waterman Avenue. <br />The aforementioned annual encroachment permit is good for a period <br />beginning February 1992 and ending December 31, 1992, and is <br />contingent upon the following conditions: <br />1. 72 Hour advance notice prior to the beginning of <br />the work. <br />2. Applicant shall comply with the previously approved <br />traffic control plan, utilizing the same point of <br />access. <br />3. Applicant shall maintain ongoing cleanup of the <br />street during the hauling process and at the con- <br />clusion. <br />4. Applicant shall submit a $10,000 deposit insuring <br />continued cleanup throughout the permit period, which <br />will be refunded at the conclusion of the permit, or <br />may be re -deposited upon the request of the applicant <br />to renew said permit. <br />5.
