"No meeting of the Administrative Board shall be convened <br />unless and until there are present at such meeting <br />representatives of Regular Members which own at least one <br />hundred fifty (150) of the shares divided and apportioned <br />among the Regular Members as provided above in this Section <br />VA <br />(b) Section 29, Parties and Execution of Counterparts, of said Agreement <br />is hereby amended by striking the first sentence of the first paragraph of said Section which <br />now reads: <br />"The parties to this Agreement shall be classified either as <br />Regular or Limited Members, as hereinafter set forth in <br />Appendix A." <br />and by substituting therefor two new sentences to read as follows: <br />'"The parties to this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A <br />attached hereto. Appendix A indicates the status of each of the <br />original members only, and the Members of the Committee and <br />the status of each Member may be revised from time to time as <br />set forth in this Agreement." <br />2. RATIFICATION OF SAID AGREEMENT. <br />All the terms and conditions of said Agreement are hereby ratified and approved as <br />hereinabove amended. <br />3.
