KmEcEQ <br />c�TEWART NC0RP0RATED <br />Jack Schroeder <br />May 18, 1992 <br />Page 2 <br />Environmental Permits <br />Additional services include attendance at meetings, correspondence and telephone conferences <br />with representatives of the Regional Water Quality Control Board and U.S. Environmental <br />Protection Agency regarding issuance of a revised basin plan amendment for nitrogen allocation, <br />new waste discharge requirements (NPDES Permit) for the Colton Wastewater Treatment <br />Facilities, and participation in the SAWPA Use Attainability Analysis for the Santa Ana River. <br />State Revolving; Fund Loan Application <br />Services related to correspondence with State staff and preparation of applications for loans were <br />not anticipated. <br />Stormwater NPDES Permit Compliance <br />Additional services include attendance at stormwater NPDES permit meetings on behalf of City of <br />Colton, review of Stormwater NPDES implementation agreement, preparation of reconnaissance <br />survey plan and evaluation of cost impacts to the City from implementation of provisions of the <br />Stormwater NPDES Permit. <br />We estimate our services through June 1992 will total approximately $220,000 and request a <br />change order to increase the existing purchase order by $30,000 be executed.
