Add paragraph relating to section 12510 Health and Safety Code unlawful G <br />Fire nuisance. <br />10) 6.32.130 Change Fee from $10.00 TO $35.00. <br />E <br />11) 6.32.140 Revocation of all previous Ordinances relating to Fireworks. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />The approval of changes to the Fire Ordinance will result in the reduction of Business <br />License Fee Income by approximately $550.00 annually. <br />GENERAL COMMENTS: D <br />As a result of the review of the proposed ordinance by the City Council and the Chamber <br />of Commerce, the following changes have been made: A <br />1) 16.32.015 <br />The High School was added as an example of youth groups. <br />2) 16.32.040.13 <br />The one year requirement was changed to two (2) years. <br />3) 16.32.040.0 <br />The sentence "in the case of a joint venture, all funds generated from the <br />venture shall be divided equally among the participants" was deleted and <br />the number of organizations was changed to twelve (12) from eleven (11) <br />and the youth groups were increased to six (6) instead of five (5). <br />4) 6.32.080.13 <br />Has been changed to allow persons 16 years of age to participate in sales. <br />5) 16.32.090.0 <br />Three hundred square feet has been changed to four hundred square feet. <br />RECOMMENDATION: E <br />Staff recommends waiver of full reading, and approval of first reading of the attached <br />Ordinance.
