R-47-92 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON TO CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF <br />UNDERSTANDING FOR EMPLOYEES WORKING IN JOB <br />CLASSIFICATIONS REPRESENTED BY THE INTERNATIONAL <br />ASSOCIATION OF FIREFIGHTERS, LOCAL 935, FIRE UNIT <br />OF THE CITY OF COLTON, EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 21, 1991 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to <br />the results of meetings between representatives of the <br />International Association of Firefighters, Local 935, Fire Unit <br />held pursuant to Government Code Section 3500, et seq.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Memorandum of <br />Understanding, marked Appendix "A" - attached hereto is <br />incorporated into and made a part hereof and adopted hereby. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th day of May, 1992. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN RAMOS, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />D9:RESOIAF <br />FRANK A.
