CA8000200 <br />Monitoring Program <br />This includes the costs to purchase nine (9) automatic <br />water quality samplers, testing for 28 monitoring <br />locations, both rainy and dry weather samples. The <br />automatic samplers will be moved between two locations <br />(total 18) and ten (10) locations will be by "grab" <br />sampling. It is anticipated that souse of the Cities will <br />collect some of the grab samples, if so, they will be <br />reimbursed an agreed upon rate for their time. <br />Drainage Area Management Plan (D.A.M.P.) <br />A consultant contract will <br />document. Please refer to the Agreement for a <br />complete discussion regarding costs. <br />Contingencies <br />A contingency item was added since accurate costs are not <br />available at this time. <br />If it is found that costs are lower than anticipated, Quarterly <br />invoice statement amounts can be reduced. <br />The cost allocation formula in Appendix A of the Agreement is a <br />runoff coefficient based formula that uses a coefficient consistent <br />with its land use. A GIS based existing land use map using 1990 <br />aerial survey data that SCAG had originally compiled was used. The <br />County's Geographic Information Management System (CIMS) Department <br />was used to prepare the data used in the formula. A complete <br />listing of the acreage is attached. Based on each Co-Permittee's <br />Total Runoff Coefficient Adjusted Acreage, the Co -Permittee Cost <br />was calculated and is as follows: <br />
