City of Colton <br />Senior Police services Clerk (Continued) <br />Communicate effectively both orally and in writing. <br />Type at a speed of 50 words per minute from clear copy. <br />Enter and retrieve complex computer data; prepare complex <br />reports. <br />Compile and maintain records. <br />Understand and carry out oral and written directions. <br />Establish priorities and work without close supervision. <br />Work efficiently in situations with multiple projects and <br />interruptions. <br />Receive and evaluate information in emergency situations. <br />Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with the <br />general public, businesses, other governmental agencies and <br />other City employees. <br />Experience and Training - Any combination of experience and <br />training that would likely provide the required knowledge and <br />abilities is qualifying.
