2. The City Council further directs staff and the City Clerk to take all necessary action <br />to assure that the intent and purpose of this Resolution are properly fulfilled in a timely manner <br />so that the ordinance set forth in this Resolution is placed upon the ballot for the election to be <br />held in June of 1992 so that, upon adoption by a majority of those registered voters voting in <br />that election, this chapter will be added to the Colton Municipal Code to read as set forth above <br />and to take effect according to law: <br />RESOLVED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this day of .91992 <br />Frank A.
