The notice hereinable referred to shall be considered <br />effective and delivered when mailed addressed to G.W. Singletary at <br />1733 Massachusetts Riverside, California, or such other places as <br />G.W. Singletary or his successor in interest shall notify CITY in <br />writing to send said notice. <br />6. This agreement shall constitute a recordable covenant <br />running with the land and shall be binding upon the heirs, <br />executors, administrators and successors and assigns of the parties <br />hereto. <br />7.
