Agreement is to be <br />recorded concurrently with parcel map. <br />2. To provide the City with the required street dedication <br />and ingress/egress easement and public utilities easement <br />along the northerly boundary line of parcels. <br />3. Agree to construct an approved interim water and sewer <br />service system to serve site. <br />The Map conforms substantially to the requirements of the <br />subdivision map act and city ordinances. All conditions subject to <br />this map have been or will be compiled with before recordation. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that Council approve Parcel Map 14405 subject to <br />Singletary meeting the following conditions: <br />1.
