To assist the Council. in this endeavor, staff has prepared a packet of information which contains <br />a list of the existing Commissions in the City, the most recent list of the Commission members and copies of <br />the Ordinances related to the appointment of the members of the various Commissions. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />To be included with this report is a memorandum from the City Attorney explaining the necessary actions that <br />must be taken if the �ouncil desires to make changes to the structure(s) of the existing City Commissions. <br />If the Council requires any further research or information in regards to the structure of City Commissions, <br />staff will provide such research or information upon the Council's request. <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />None. <br />
